Message from our Principal

Dear Winters' Families,

Please check our website for updates throughout the year.  Our new Title 1 School Improvement Plan, as well as our new Title 1 Parent and Family Engagement Plan have been added to our website.  The links are at the bottom of the web page.  Translations coming soon.

Make sure you ask your child about our Four P’s Program. Each day we strive to:

Be Polite

Be Prompt

Be Prepared

Be Productive

Follow our Winters family on Twitter and Facebook- our Twitter handle is @WintersWildcats and @HJWCommunity, and on Facebook at Henry J. Winters Elementary School.  We will tweet and post fun updates and pictures to keep you informed about what happens at our great community school.

Regular attendance in school is of utmost importance.  Being tardy and/or absent results in missed instruction, something that can hinder a student's progress.  Check out this informative handout from Attendance Works regarding the effects of missing school can have on students.

Thank you for your support!
